10. Gharfriend GPT Addendum
In addition to website data practices, when using Gharfriend GPT (AI assistant):
Data Collected: Property queries, chat history, optional lead info (name, phone, city, interest, preferred time).
Purpose: To show relevant property listings, answer queries, and arrange site visits.
Sharing: Contact details may be shared with developers or stored in CRM for follow-up. GPT conversations are processed securely by OpenAI.
Retention: Queries are stored only temporarily; contact details are retained until follow-up is completed or deletion is requested.
Rights: You may request erasure of any GPT-related data.
