My Tour of Sunteck Sky Park: Luxury Living Exposed

Hello everyone! I recently had the opportunity to tour Sunteck Sky Park in Mira Road East, and I’m excited to share my personal review of this luxury 2 & 3 BHK flat project. This isn’t just about brick and mortar; it’s about an experience-based project.


Project Overview and Location

Sunteck Sky Park is situated in the Mira Road location, near Kanakia. The location is one of the project’s strongest points, being a prominent location for connectivity. The complex is close to the Metro Station (walking distance), and the railway station and highway are nearby, about 1 to 2 km away. For those interested in temples, there are two nearby a Jain Temple and a Shiva or Ganesh Temple.

The development spans a 7.5-acre land parcel. They’ve kept the project feeling exclusive and premium by delivering only four towers. One of these towers is currently available for sale. The tower itself is quite impressive, soaring to 55 floors!

Amenities and Inventory

While there are many amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym, my focus was on the flats themselves. The available inventory is on the 28th floor up to the 48th floor. The lower floors are mostly sold out.

The Flat Tour: A Look Inside the 3 BHK

I toured the 3 BHK show flat. The layout is well-designed; if you remove one bedroom, the size is similar to a 2 BHK.

Kitchen and Living Space

The kitchen is spacious, offering a double-door fridge space. It features two granite counter tops, branded quality fittings, and a stainless steel sink, with a proper place for a washing machine. The sizes feel generous.
The living space is an L-shaped living and dining area. It has ample room to plan for a large dining table.

Balconies and View

The flat has two balconies —one in the living room and one in one of the bedrooms. The balcony space is quite good, about 4 feet wide. The views are truly a highlight! You can expect quick views, mountain views, or city views , with the potential for a “mesmerizing” live view if you choose a good facing. Getting a good facing also ensures excellent wind in your home.

Bedrooms and Washrooms

The common washroom stands out because it’s generously sized, which is a common issue in other setups. It’s divided into three sections: a shower section, a commode section, and a washbasin section.

In the bedrooms, I noticed that all washroom and living room sizes are consistent. The rooms are designed so that even after placing a bed and wardrobe, you have lots of moving space. The second master bedroom (the biggest) also offers ample space and its own balcony. The other bedroom has a full-sized window for ventilation and views.


Final Thoughts and Pricing

Overall, the project feels like a premium township. I highly recommend that you personally visit and experience this project , as it’s truly an experience-based project. For those interested in the numbers, pricing starts from ₹1 crore 25 lakh onwards.
