New Launch to Possession: Shrishti Namah, Mira Road

Hi
This is Uddesh Gupta, and today I'm bringing you my personal review of a promising property in the Mira Road location—the Shrishti Namah project.

I recently toured their 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats and wanted to share the full experience with you.

This isn't just about floor plans; it's about the views, the space, and the investment options available right now. If you're looking for a new home in this growing area, this property could be for you.

The Flat Experience: Views and Space
The moment you step into the flat, you'll notice the quality.

Premium Interiors and Layout
When you enter, the first thing you'll see is the wooden work, which is of a fine quality throughout the flat. The design features an L-shape living and dining area. This L-shape layout is excellent because it gives you the flexibility to place a large dining table—you can comfortably plan for a four, six, or even an eight-seater without facing space issues.

Even after setting up a big sofa and a TV unit, you still have plenty of space in the flat.

2 BHK vs. 3 BHK: The layout and design of the 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats are almost similar. The main difference is that the 2 BHK simply removes one bedroom, keeping the overall layout and movement space consistent.

Kitchen: The kitchen is divided into two parallel platforms. It includes dedicated space for your fridge and washing machine , and there's a window to ensure good ventilation. The tiling work is of good quality, and you have the option to customize and design things to your taste.

Washrooms: The washrooms are typically divided into three sections. The fitting and fixtures used are all branded quality.

Jodi Flats (Combined Apartments): If you are planning to combine two apartments, the flat becomes much more massive. This makes Shrishti Namah a very good option for a 'Jodi' apartment.

The Unforgettable View
One of the most special features of these flats is the balcony (deck area). It offers excellent ventilation, but the view is truly special.

Sunset & Cityscape: You get a beautiful sunset view. Because of its west-facing view, the flat receives a lot of good wind. Besides the sunset, you see the entire cityscape, including the Sky City and Borivali area.

Natural Landmarks: You can also clearly see the mountains and the Pagoda from here. You can even see the view all the way to Bhayandar Creek.
The real-life experience of this view is incredible.

Carpet Area Sizes:-
The size of the flats is good, leaving plenty of space for movement even after installing your bed and wardrobe.

2 BHK: Carpet area typically starts from around 650 sq. ft. but can range up to 700 or 750 sq. ft..
3 BHK: For a 3 BHK, the carpet area usually starts around 850 sq. ft. and can go up to 1,000 sq. ft..

Jodi Flats: If you combine flats, your carpet area can easily reach 1,200 to 1,400 sq. ft..

Project Timelines and Investment
This is a key area where Shrishti Namah stands out, as it offers a variety of investment stages:
Multiple Options: They offer flats that are Nearing Possession, Under Construction, and even New Launch.
Possession Timeline: You can find options with possession timelines ranging from one year to three years.

New Launch Opportunity: If you are interested in a new launch project in Mira Road—either for a good investment or a new home—they have a new tower being launched now, which is available at a good price.

Conclusion: An Experience-Based Project
Shrishti Namah is an experience-based project. Between the fine quality of work, the spacious layout, and the stunning views, it provides a strong case for planning your next home here.

We talked about the 2 and 3 BHK flats, the connectivity, and all the available possession options. If you have any further questions or doubts, please leave a comment or contact me directly for a proper consultation.

I highly recommend you plan a visit and experience this project personally.
